This week we speak to Rich Hall and Denise Brazier. Denise has been involved in HYROX since the first U.K. event and has trained many athletes. Her husband Rich has never done one.
Rich has agreed to do not one but two races in Manchester to raise awareness for DKMS. In this episode we learn more about his motivation and his journey so far. This episode is full of tips and pointers to help you with your own Fitness Races.
