The Greatest competitive Fitness Expo comes to Birmingham this weekend so we are joined by Emma Waring to preview all the goings on. We explain precisely what FITFEST is and what competitions you will be able to see.
We then take a deep dive into the ATHX Championships which are one of the centre pieces of FITFEST. We look at some of the competitors, provide some tips on the workout zones and also give some shoutouts to those who will be there. We also look ahead to 2024.
