This week we are previewing the UK 2025 DEKA FIT being held at Forders Gym in Birmingham. To assist us we have Emma Waring from Team Myzone and Ash Scriven from Forders Gym.
Alongside Host Ian they will be providing you with all the information you need. This includes tips for every DEKA Zone that you will be able to use at any DEKA competition. Finally we also have the ever popular shout outs where we run down some of the athletes who will be there on the day.
