In this episode we welcome Lauren Jocelyn, Kimberley Worthington and Victoria Wallace to the show to chat all things Deadly Dozen. They were all at the recent September edition of the race so we look at what they enjoyed and anything they felt could be improved upon.
We also look at how their races went and their opinion on the work outs. Finally we consider how Deadly Dozen compares to the other races out there and whether this small race from Macclesfield could work in other parts of the world.
